At Heartland Handymen LLC, we tackled a patio roof repair and replacement project in Manhattan. The existing corrugated patio roofing was rusted and leaking, so we removed and disposed of it. We installed new corrugated panels in a similar style to keep the original appearance, and sealed them properly to eliminate leaks. We used exterior-rated fasteners and applied sealant between each panel for a fully watertight roof that sheds water properly.
