At Heartland Handymen LLC, we recently completed a project involving the construction of a 4′ x 8′ platform deck leading up to a sliding glass door, complete with 4′ wide stairs. For the deck, we used Dekorator Venture Saltwater composite decking to make sure it’s durable and easy to maintain. We built the framing from pressure-treated lumber to give strong support.
